I am creating a pivot table for a department in a healthcare clinic that I
work for. They want to run a report that shows by year the number of people that have gotten labs done in another facility. The Date column is formatted as mm/dd/yy. Is there away that I can group the dates together by year? All I am able to do is show each individual date. If have tried the following suggestion: Right-click on the Date field button in the pivot table Choose Group and Show DetailGroup Select Years, click OK When I follow these steps, Excel says that I "Can not group that selection". Any ideas??? Thanks for your help. |
