Default conditional formating

1. *Select the cells you want this feature added to.

2. *In the CF dialog:
* * a. choose 'Cell value is'
* * b. select 'greater than' from the dropdown
* * c. enter '20' in the box to the right
* * d. click the 'Format...' button to set the shading.
