Conditional Formating
Sure, You need to use the "Paint-Brush" Icon for that.
1st select the cell with the CF you like/want; then click the Paint-Brush; then either clcik the Destination cell (single-cell) you wish to replicate the formating on or Left-click and drag over multiple cells; release the mouse and all will be painted. Conditional Formating
Yes - just copy the cell which has the conditional format, then select the
other cells and use "paste special" and select "format". "alex1982" wrote in message ... Conditional Formating

you need to delete the "$" from the references in the conditional format
formula. just to clarify you need to change your reference from $A$2 to $A2. Then you
