Default Calculating weekly avegage efficiencies on a weekly basis

I want to be able to calulate average efficiencies based on a specifie
date range and shift. So I will have 2 different weekly averag
efficiencies (That I plan to chart). This will be a continuou
spreadsheet so I need to be able to specify the dates.

I have explained this in detail, along with the Avg eff. formula, i
the attatched file.

I would appreciate it if anyone would be able to help with a formula o
macro.

Thank
