How can I collate daily based data to weekly data eg : 21st july 08 - 25th

To make a start, create a new worksheet and put the first date
(starting date) in A1. This might be a Monday date. Then in A2 put this formula: =A1+7 and copy this down the sheet as far as you need. So, that has got the weekly periods set up. For the rest of it you will have to tell us something more about your data. Hope this helps.
