I need somebody to explain to me step-by-step how to protect only the formula
cells. When I try, it protects the whole sheet and I can't do anything. |

two steps
1 - Format Cells Protection Choose which cells you want to protect. By default all cells are locked What you can do is this First unlock all cells Ctrl-A (2 times) Ctrl-1 On the protection tab uncheck locked Then we go lock the formulas F5Special...Formulas OK Ctrl-1 On the protection tab check locked Now protect your worksheet -- Regards Ron De Bruin http://www.rondebruin.nl "Pedro" wrote in message ...
