Default Multiple responses for a column

Dear helpers,

I have one column where I want my Sales Reps to list their top ten accounts.
What is a good suggestion for organizing this data?

Is there a code for where one adds a comma a new cel is created?
Is there a way to make add in responses appear as a drop down list?

I can just have the user separate the accounts by a comma, I just thought
there might be something better that I do not know about.

Thanks!

Why not columns (possibly entered using a form):

Sales Rep: Account Number; Qty Sales; Sales Value etc.

This tells your Sales reps what data is required you can easily Pivot the
result.
