Default printing freeze pane

I know how to freeze a pane in excel, but how do you make a coustom pane that
will print out each time or each page. Not just a "header". Running XP pro w/
Office 2003.

FilePage SetupSheetRows to repeat at top.

Select the rows in the refedit box or just type in 1:2 or whatever.
