I apologize, Im still learning! I understand how to select the data I want

I am creating a drop down list in Excel and i need to leave a blank space at the top of the list. Thanks. Blank Space at the top of a drop down list
Assuming the dropdown list id Data Validation list.
Include the blank cell at the top of your listrange. i.e. list of choices for list is A2:A12 Select A1:A12 for the listrange.
