Default Can't Edit Excel worksheet

Help, Everytime I try to edit my Excel worksheet (2002) it automatically goes
to the Microsoft error report? I have downloaded all the updates and new
security patches.
Not sure what to do next?

Do you mean the document Revory Window is open? I think Excel crashed while
you where using it and Excel is asking if you want to retrieve the autosaved
file.

1) Press Close button

2) Check - "Remove The files, I have Saved the files I Need."

3) Press OK

You may also have an error in the file such as a Circular Reference that
exists or a macro that has an error. Not sure which one is happening from
your description.
