We have a spreadsheet that only the needed cells to edit are
unlocked/unprotected. However, on a pc using Excel 2000 all of the cells
appear to be locked. Please help! Is this a capability issue?

check this...
can you edit the cell in the formula bar. if so ....
tooloptionsedit tabcheck "edit directly in cell"

that is all i can think of that might be wrong.

No this does not work... Options is NOT available on the spreadsheet.
Certain areas of the worksheet are protected while others are not. Only the
cells needing data changed is available for editing.

I can open and edit the spreadsheet just fine, while my co-worker cannot.
It appears to be an issue with the worksheet being created in Excel 2003.
Since I am running Excel 2003 as well I can edit the available cells with no
problem. But the user with Excel 2000 cannot.

I was hoping there may be an option or something preventing her from editing
it. If anyone else has a clue, please help!
