Default covert excel to access files

I have two 4000 row/record Excel file that I need to convert to Access data
bases. I know a little about Excel...but nothing about Access ? I don't see
an export or convert function anywhere in Excel for Access. Is there a way
or can someone point me to a web site that shows how to do this ? Neither
Excel files is complicated or has any formulas, etc. It is and will be used
as a mailing list that will be updated from time to time.

Thanks, Tim R
