Default What's wrong with my Help files?

Excel 2003 on Windows XP, stand-alone computer.

When I open up a help topic, frequently, there is a hyperlink with the label
"See Also".
When I click on that See Also hyperlink, I get an error message,

A runtime error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?

Line 0
Error: Object doesn't support this object or method.

I have several different versions of Excel, on several machines, and I can't
remember if this particular thing has worked in the past or not. It seems
like there must be some set-up issue, but I don't know where to begin.
