Notes in graphs
I want to insert into a straight-line graph a short note to explain unusual
changes. Is this possible and, if so how please? Thanks Bill Ridgeway |

Active the chart (click on it)
If using pre-Excel2007, use View Toolbars to make the Drawing toolbar visible In Excel 2007; open the Insert tab on Ribbon and look at Shapes Now using with the Drawing toolbar(XL2003) or the Shapes group(Xl2007) add a shape and put some text in it These are some nice 'callouts' with pointer.
