Default find a cell and highlight that cell

Using Ctrl F, I find a last name after selecting the Last Name Column. But
the name found is not highlighted as it was in MS Office Pro 2002.
Using 2007 now, how do I highlight the name found to avoid looking at every
name on the page?

Actually, if you look closely it probably is highlighted. But the color is
so close to that of the cells around it that you can't really distinguish it.
This is a failing of the color scheme in 2007 and the subject of many
complaints.

There are code solutions to cause the current active cell(s) to be more
distinguishable, but the real solution is for Microsoft to come up with a
color scheme with more contrast than any of the three current color schemes.

You might post again here in the MSFT forum and use the "Suggestion For
Microsoft" choice instead of new "Question" and pass it along more directly
to them, phrased not so much as a question but more as a customer complaint
with request for relief.
