Default I can't see Highlight cell in Find & Replace Cell

in Excell when i use the find or Replace command i am not able to see the
Highlighted cell, it find the range of the data but dose not Highlght the
cell where the data is how can i fix this problem

Is the cell hidden?

I'm not sure what you mean by highlight (usually used when coloring cell),
but it usually just selects the cell.
