Is there a way to Find a value in one cell and Replace in another cell? I
want to find a value in a column and replace a value in another column on the
same row.

Is this possible?

Set cell = Columns(1).Find("somevalue")
cell.value = Cells(cell.Row,"J").Value

will replace it with the contents of column J.
