Select the Row under the last one that you want to remain visible and the
select Window Freeze Panes If you want the first 4 line to also print on every page then select File Page Setup Sheet Rows to Repeat at top enter 1:4 -- HTH Sandy In Perth, the ancient capital of Scotland and the crowning place of kings Replace @mailinator.com with @tiscali.co.uk "Hans F." wrote in message ... Hi Sandy
Thanks for your answer, but since i work on a german version i could not find some window that relates to the Window Freeze Panes... However: I found the print part and it works. You have a clue how to get me to the right window ?? hans "Sandy Mann" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ... First, highlight Row 5
Then, from the Window Menu choose "Freeze Panes" If you're using Excel 2007, then the "Freeze Panes" option is located in the Window section of the VIEW tab.
