Default How to save to my floppy disk?

Doreen

By "chart" do you mean a workbook?

Do not save directly to floppy disk.

Save the workbook to your hard drive then copy to the floppy.

You cannot email the floppy to your instructor but you can email the workbook to
the instructor.

Open your email program and create a new email to your instructor.

Attach the workbook and send.

If you really mean a "Chart" as in line chart or pie chart, you can save just
that as a graphics file and email that without the workbook to your instructor.

If you need help on saving the chart as a graphics file post back. You will
need VBA code.
