I inherited an excel file. When I open it, I receive a security warning for
a macro to enable or disable. I do not want any macros associated with this file. Therefore, I did Tools, Macro, Macro and looked for the macro name - there is not names listed to delete. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks, DK |

You also have to remove the modules on which the macros were stored have a look here for details http://www.contextures.com/xlfaqMac.html#NoMacros -- Paul B Always backup your data before trying something new Please post any response to the newsgroups so others can benefit from it Feedback on answers is always appreciated!
