Default Cannot Delete Macro

I inherited an excel file. When I open it, I receive a security warning for
a macro to enable or disable. I do not want any macros associated with this
file. Therefore, I did Tools, Macro, Macro and looked for the macro name -
there is not names listed to delete.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
DK
