Default Excel Time Displays

Is it possible to get Excel to display a value in a cell as Hours and
Minutes? NOT elapsed or am/pm time. Simply, for instance, 90 to show as 1:30?

Hi
try in a separate cell:
=A1/(24*60)
and format as hh:mm
