With your addresses starting in A1, place this in A1 and fill down:
=OFFSET($A$1,ROW()*5-1,) If you have a header in A1 change $A$1 to $A$2. HTH Jason Atlanta, GA "Deb" wrote: I have created an address list of 7100, however I only want every 5th address.
