Default Excel formula

I have created an address list of 7100, however I only want every 5th
address. Is there a formula that I can use to extract what I need to a new
worksheet. Pivot tables really didn't work well for this I tried.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

With your addresses starting in A1, place this in A1 and fill down:

=OFFSET($A$1,ROW()*5-1,)

If you have a header in A1 change $A$1 to $A$2.
