A method playing with heights of the rows:

Select rows 4 to 7 and right click, give row height equal to 0.1
now rows 4 to 7 are not visible (just hidden)

Next time to unhide them (to make visible)
follow the same procedure, select rows from 3 to 7 and right click, give row height equal to 15. (now they are visible).

PS: in this scenario, unhide wont work.
