Click rows 4, 5 and 6 so that they are highlighted. Right click / Hide. TO UNHIDE Click rows 3 to 7 to highlight them. Right click / unhide. If my comments have helped please hit Yes. Thanks. |

Select the cells which you want to Group and then press Alt+Shift+Right arrow. Now select the rows. Select rows 4 to 7 and right click, give row height equal to 0.1 now rows 4 to 7 are not visible (just hidden) Next time to unhide them (to make visible) follow the same procedure, select rows from 3 to 7 and right click, give row height equal to 15. (now they are visible). PS: in this scenario, unhide wont work. |
