Are you saying when you click the arrows, you can't navigate through the
worksheet? If so, press the Scroll Lock button on the top right of your
keyboard.

What are "cursor keys" and how do you "click" them?

The arrow keys?

Doesn't sound like an Excel problem.

Keyboard problem?

Have you tried a different keyboard?
