Default Linking cells on different sheets within a workbook.

I need to link specific cells between two different sheets in one workbook. I
would like to make it so that when I update one cell on sheet 1 it will
update the corresponding cell on sheet 3... The information being linked is
dates. is there a way to do this without starting new sheets? Also do the
cells have to be the same cell on each sheet...ie can I link A1 on sheet 1
with O9 on sheet 3?

Please help my job depends on me being able to do this.

See VLOOKUP in Excel Help.
