I know the cursor automaticaly jumps to the last column in that row with data
or formating - but I have tried to delete the rows inbetween the one I want it to end on and the one it is actually ending on and it still jumps to the same column. Is there a way to tell the spreadsheet to end on a specific column? |

Save the workbook, close it, and reopen. It will stop on the proper colunm again. For some reason, it seems to rememebr if you had 5 columns and it will keep stopping on the 5th, even though you might delete the last 2. I found this same thing to be true when printing when the whole spreadsheet is set to fit on one page (when no print area is set). Even after deleting rows or columns from the end, it will shrink everything, including those blank rows/columns so that it all fits on the page. But if I close and reopen, it will ignore the newly deleted rows (like it should) and not try to fit them on the page, too. |
