Default Formating values

By using the "&" formula to string comments with formula, how to
insert a comma (i.e. thousands separator) for a value?

E.g. if I use the following formula

"An increase in market growth by"&" "&D13&"%"&" "&"combined with an
increase in average selling price by "&D8&"%"&" "&"results in Budget
2006 Net Sales of "&"EUR"&J6&"millions."

The value of J6 is 43951, how to insert a comma in the value 43951?
