I have a workbook which contains six worksheets...nothing unusual there but
when I go to print the whole work book out it see the first three worksheets
as one document and the last three as another document...I have tried several
printers and creating as a PDF but end up with two
documents....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I can not find any reason, no unecessary links etc...

I can't explain why Excel sends the six sheets as two print jobs but.....

What occurs if you select first sheet tab and right-click then "select all
sheets" then go to Print dialog and "print selection"

Same thing happens, I have 6 sheets as well. Select all, in the print
dialogue, it comes out as 3 seperate print jobs. I've tried both ways, either
"active sheets" or "entire workbook".

Any other ideas? All in pdf, and doesn't make any sense.

Gene

Which application are you using to print to PDF?

Some versions of Adobe Acrobat split each workbook into a separate PDF file for
each worksheet or several worksheets..

I have had success with the free file downloads and instructions for use here
at Dale Nurden's site.

http://www.rcis.co.za/dale/info/pdfguide.htm

Saves first to single *.ps file which is then converted to *.pdf

Returns one PDF file from multiple sheets.

See also David McRitchie's site for alternatives to the above.
