Default Auto sort multiple colums alphabetically

Hi, I'm a new member.
I recently started using excel to manipulate data. I have created a few workbooks and they save tons of time by using functions.

I need a macro that will take data in columns B-H starting at row 2 and auto sort it when new entries are added alphabetically by the data in column B.

Hope I explained it well enough.

Thanks
