Default Custom Toolbars in Excel 2007

My company recently updgraded from excel 2003 to 2007, and now the
macros I used to have in a custom toolbar appear on the Add-Ins Tab
Ribbon. Is there a way I can still modify macros in this toolbar?
I'd like the ability to add/delete buttons and assign macros.

If this is no longer possible, what are other options? Just creating
form buttons and adding them to sheets?
