Default Custom Toolbars (Ribbons?) for Excel 2007

In Excel2003, I could create custom toolbars, insert macro buttons in the
toolbar and attach either a macro or a hyperlink. I used this feature quite
a bit and found it very useful. Can this be done in Excel 2007?

If you want to go the (far) simpler route you always have the option of
adding a macro to your Quick Access Toolbar (QAT).
