Thanks for your reply. I have been looking through the site and reading
through the documents. I was hoping to find a document that specifically address and provides examples on when to use these different methods. thanks. They're not cheap, but for commmercial quality NET-based add-ins for Office, they are well worth the expense. You can build NET-based add-ins for Office in any NET language -- VB.NET, C#, or C++.
