Default Visual Studio Tools for Office- Excel

When I try to run the Excel/Word project created with
Visual Studio Tools for Office using VS2003(Beta) and
office2003(Beta), I get an error
When the office document loads, this message
displays: "The assembly ExcelProject1 could not be found
at .\ExcelProject1_bin\ or could not be loaded..

If anybody has any suggestion about it. Pl let me know

Thanks
Manoj
