Default Hiding the Row and Column designation bars?

Hi again everyone, :-)

Is there a command I can put into my Auto-Open macro to ensure that the Row
and Column designation bars (A,B,C,D,E.... & 1,2,3,4,5,6,7....etc) are hidden?

Thanks for any ideas....
