Excerise with Days Off
I would like to create a calendar for an excerise rountine.
I'd work out 6 days in a row and then take two days off (see this sheet) http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?k...VQVvZdfA&hl=en Can I create a macro that would automagically push the off day ahead each week? |
