I need to count how many rows ago out of 10 days that the highest high
in 10 days was made. Let's say the highest high was made 4 days ago, I need a formula to come up with 4 as the answer. If it is new high, I need 0 as the answer, because it is a new start. |

You have 4 threads on this same topic. If you keep jumping around, it is difficult for others to help. Also, FYI - I usually ignore posters who multipost because it wastes the time of those who are attempting to assist (because the necessary details are spread out among multiple threads or the question has already been answered in another thread).
