Default Watermark image

Hello,

I'm looking for a mean to add a watermark text to a picture(bmp) in
VBA/VB6 (not to a sheet).

I've found some ActiveX, but do not succeed to use them

Do you know of some procedure/ActiveX that could do the job. I need
simple watermarking, not a very sophisticated one

Thanks a lot
Avi
