Default Weekly Schedule!!

HI

I am trying to create a scheduler for myself.It should have
month,day,date ,activities,priority,status.The top two priority should
be mailed to my e-mail account and if an activity is not complated,my
computer hould alert me everytim i open the computer.How do i do it??

Default Weekly Schedule!!

This sounds like something that is probably already written in a non-excel
dedicated application. You should probably use google to search for such an
application and purchase it or perhaps it is available for free. Something
similar is already available in outlook I believe, as part of the calendar
with reminders.
