How to combine data and delete rows
I have a spreadsheet with thousands of census data entries and I need to combine multiple entries based on a social securtity number. An example is below. I need to combine the contribution colum and the rest of the info can remain the same while deleting the duplicate entry. Some people may have more than 2 entries. Can anybody help with a macro program. Thanks. How to combine data and delete rows
Why not create a pivot table from this data in order to sum the
contributions... that is a whole pile easier and more flexible than code... -- HTH...
