Default Combine Data from Multiple Rows

I have a worksheet containing contact information. An individual may be
listed multiple times depending on what information is available for that
person. If they have a BusinessPhone and a MobilePhone they will be listed 2
times.

What is the best way to consolidate the rows?

Name,BusinessPhone,MobilePhone,Email,

Buck Doe,9992227059,,,

Need:

Name,BusinessPhone,MobilePhone,Email,
Jane ,
Buck ,
