I've got a database of information that contains multiple levels of data.
For example, a school awards a certificate, associate's, bachelor's and master's degree in nursing. The data is set up with a column for the school name, another column for the award level, and a third column for the program name. I have about 7000 schools, each with multiple award levels within each program. Is there any way to set up a worksheet to provide the information for each school on ONE line? I have tried pivot tables, but there is too much data and Excel cannot display it all. Anyone got any ideas about creating multiple levels of this information, to eventually get to the one line of data? Thanks in advance for your ideas! |
