Is there a way I can prevent users from establishing links in excel
spreadsheets.

Something preventitive would be prefered, i.e. they go to extablish the
link and it tells them no.

Something detective that breaks all links and leaves values on close
would be good also.

Any help on this would be huge. Thanks.
