Default Accessing excel via the web

I have an exel spreadsheet used for calculations and make extensive use of
macros. Is it possible to run this as a "web service" where users can make
use of the spreadsheet without actually being able to save it off the server?
I would want them to be able to do quotes and save them onto the web server,
and acess them at a later stage if they need to.

Is something like that possible? Any ideas would be most helpful!

thanks
Bruce
