Drawing lines, lines of text, line (row) as in Excel ?

I means drawing lines, rectangles around sections, etc.

Default lines in user forms

The only way I know of is to create labels change the properties so they have
borders and use height width and transparent backgrounds...

messy - bu tit works.....
