Default Looking at previous columns

I've got a pretty long multiple IF statement to work out the most recen
date from several columns, and then returns a figure in the column t
the left. This works fine, but I want to be able to use it to work ou
the previous figure. The previous figure will be 2 columns to the lef
of the most recent.

In short, All i want to know is...Is there a way of getting excel t
find the most recent figure and then jump back two columns

Don't know exactly what the code should be to jump a cell to te left,
but i know it can be done with 'cell offset'
Hope this will help you a bit.
