Default Losing previous highlighted columns when doing multiple column hi.

When highlighting multiple columns at once, when I reach a particular amount
of columns already highlighted I lose all the previously highlighted ones

Default Losing previous highlighted columns when doing multiple column hi.

Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and left mouse clicks on columns

Or hold down the SHIFT key and click on the first and last columns.
