Default sorting by 4 categories

I have a spreadsheet that I need to sort. I can use the
tool and can apply 3 sorts but I really need to apply 4
sorts to this data.

Can this be done and if so, how? Thanks for the help...

Hi JT,

You can sort by as many columns as you like in the following manner.
Beginning with the last three columns you want to sort, sort them in the
order you want them in. Move up to the next three columns and repeat the
process until your data is completely sorted.

In your case it would only require two passes. In the first pass you
would sort columns 2, 3 and 4, then in the second pass you would sort column
1 (the numbers refer to the columns you want to sort in the order you want
to sort them in, not to actual column numbers).
