Default Saving 2 windows

I have a single spreadsheet with 2 windows open. The vertical split is 60/40.
When I open the file this split has not saved and I have a 50/50 split and
there is no synchronised scrolling between the 2 windows. If I click on
compare side by side with, the window reverts to 60/40 and synchronised
scrolling is effective. These settings are not saved, so on File Open, I need
to repeat this procedure.

Is there any way to save these settings or program an Auto Open macro to
present the 60/40 split with scrolling?

Harald,
All this time, that's something that I've never noticed/used.
Yesterday was the benefits of Shift+Edit.

Something new everyday.

Hi

Save the file. Then save the workspace (also in File menu). Open the
workspace later on and you have it.

This works also for arrangements of windows of multiple files.

HTH. Best wishes Harald
